How to Create an Email Account in cPanel

Having a professional email address (like info@yourdomain.com) is essential for building trust with your customers. With YallHost, creating a custom email account is quick and easy using cPanel.

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an Email Account

Step 1: Log in to cPanel

First, log in to your cPanel account. You can usually access it by going to yourdomain.com/cpanel or through your YallHost Client Area.

Step 2: Navigate to Email Accounts

Once logged in, scroll down to the Email section and click on the Email Accounts icon.

Step 3: Create a New Account

On the Email Accounts page, click the blue + CREATE button located on the right side of the screen.

Step 4: Fill in the Details

You will be presented with a form to set up your new email address:

  • Domain: Select the domain you want to create the email address for from the dropdown menu.
  • Username: Enter the desired username (e.g., "info", "contact", or your name).
  • Password: Enter a strong password or use the Password Generator tool.
  • Storage Space: Set the storage limit for the mailbox or select "Unlimited".

Step 5: Finish Creation

Once you have filled in all the details, click the + CREATE button at the bottom of the page.

How to Access Your New Email

Congratulations! Your new professional email account is ready. You can access it in several ways:

  1. Webmail: Go to yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with your new email address and password.
  2. Email Client: You can configure email clients like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail to receive and send emails using your new account.
